The benefit of undertaking your training at the MSS Training Academy is that we provide employment opportunities for successful participants at the completion of the course. Once you have obtained your security licence, gained employment with MSS Security and completed the probationary period, we offer the Certificate III in Security Operations or the Certificate IV in Frontline Management as traineeships, at no cost to eligible participants. This level of training enables us to provide nationally accredited qualifications at no cost to our trainees, and provides further up-skilling, knowledge and confidence to carry out your job to a higher standard and further your career as a security officer.
